Day 1

Int’l Yangon arrival

Mingalarbar! Welcome to Golden Land of Myanmar.

On your arrival, you will be warmly welcome by one of our guide/representative with a greeting in local language. And then you will be transferred to your hotel for releasing your jet lag.

No vacation is complete if you missed out Shwedagon Pagoda. You cannot help admired in its shape and glowing structure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Yangon.

Day 2

Yangon - Mandalay

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight for next destination.
(Note : you can ask your guide or receptionist to prepare your breakfast box if you have early morning flight.)

Mandalay is the second-largest city and the last capital of Burmese Kingdom after third Anglo-Burmese war in 1885. You will be welcome by one of our local guide/representative on your arrival and transferred to your hotel.

Mandalay is the workshop of the expert craftsmen and you will not omit a visit to some handy workshops such as gold leave making, woodcarvings, tapestries and finest silk weaving arts. Mahamyatmuni sitting Buddha, which is one of the most revered Statues and completely gold-gilded applied by the male devotees on daily basis.

Visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, frequently dubbed as “The World’s Biggest Book” for its collection of 729 marble slabs inscribed with Buddhist teachings.

It’s off to the Shwenandaw Monastery famed for its floral décor of Burmese wood carved designs.

You can walk up to Mandalay hill about 240 meter above the city. You will be amazingly rewarded by the panoramic view of Mandalay and surroundings. As the sun sets, you will return back to the foot of the hill. Overnight at the hotel in Mandalay.

Day 3

Mandalay – Bagan (Cycling from Myin Gyan)

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Myin Gyan in the car. On arrival to Myan Gyan you will start off pedalling to Bagan through scenic fields and farms. On arrival to Bagan, you will check in the hotel and stretch out before evening sightseeing is made.

In the evening, you will partake in some temple sightseeing which include Ananda temple; temple in its exquisite delicacy of ancient architecture, Dhammayangyi temple; temple of gigantic brick mansonry and some famous temples in Old Bagan. In the evening, you will enjoy the sunset over one of the elevated point. After sunset, you will return to hotel and overnight in Bagan.

Day 4

Bagan

Most vigorous morning activities can be seen in this market. You also mingle and follow the crowd in alley through vendor shops one after another. You will see colorful fruits & vegies grown, fishes & meats and other daily use items. Just go as the way local do and buy a local costume called Longyi for Men-wear and Hti-mi for Lady-wear and fashion you as a local.

Most venerable stupa in Bagan for its ancient dome-shaped structure. Unlike the most others pagodas in Bagan, Shwezigon is a stupa with an enshrinement in waist of the stupa with golden glittering under the sunshine. Gubyaukgyi temple and Kyansittha U-min cave are followed in your visit.

You will take a tour around the temples in Bagan on traditional horse-drawn cart.

You will be taken to the jetty where your private wooden boat awaits. Sit back, chill out under the roof or open-deck and you will be treated with a fantastic scene along the way your boat rides on Irrawaddy River. Sunset view over the river is quite spectacular and quite unlike as you can watch on the Land. Just chilled out! As the sun sets in the west, you will return to your hotel.

Day 5

Mt.Popa – Bagan (Cycling to Mt.Popa)

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will pick your bike and start cycling to Mt.Popa. Today is pedal-day, you will ride 50 km to magnificent Mt.Popa. On the way, you will stop palm village where you can explore how locally produced palm sugar and palm juice. And then you will proceed to Mt.Popa. On arrival, right before you climb up the stairs to the summit, you will be introduced the ancient animism and its deep insight into devotees by seeing a house of Guardian of Mt.Popa. Please take also note that Mt.Popa is also a home of Nats or beliefs of animism. Then, you will get atop the hill and enjoy the 360 panoramic views. In the afternoon you will get on board in the car and overnight in Bagan.

Day 6

Bagan – Heho (Heho – Pwe Hla Cycling – Pindaya)

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.

(Note: strongly suggested domestic airline check-in to be done 1 hour before flight departure time.)

On arrival to Heho airport, you will be transferred to the point where you can start cycling to Pwe Hla. Cycling ride will going through up and down hills. Some time you need to ride on the farmer road. The road is used by farmers to go to their farm. Some paved road and some gravel road. And then, you will proceed to Pindaya by car. As you arrived, you will visit magnificent Pindaya cave where thousands of Buddha images were inlaid like bee-hive on the cave walls. In the evening, you will be transferred to hotel and overnight.

Day 7

Pindaya - Inle Lake

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Inle Lake. All the way to Inle lake, you will stop awhile at the town called Heho and you will see a local workshop where paper-related products through very traditional process.

After having breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the scenic boat ride in the lake and you will see the leg-rowing fishermen standing up one edge of their flat canoe holding fishing net and spear to catch the fishes. As you keep enjoying boating, you will see the floating garden fruitfully grown vegies on it. You will explore PaungdawOo pagoda, Nga-pe-chaung ancient wooden monastery, local handy business such as silverware, bronze-ware, lotus weaving factories and etc. In the evening, you will return back to hotel and overnight.

Day 8

Indein

As second day of your visit in Inle lake, you will start explore by visiting to one of the nearest morning market. After market, you will enjoy the scenic boat ride to the famous trove of ancient Indein Pagoda complex in the west of the Lake. On the way, you can see the lives of local Intha people how they survive on the lake and growing veggies, fruits on the water and how they build their houses on the lake. You will also rewarded with fabulous views of the placid surroundings. On your boat ride back, if time allow, you can stop at Inthar Heritage house to get more in touch with the history and culture of the indigenous people and indulge in sipping a cup of luscious coffee. After that you will transfer back to your hotel and overnight.

Day 9

Inle Lake - Yangon

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.

(Note: strongly suggested domestic airline check-in to be done 1 hour before flight departure time.)

On arrival to Yangon, you will visit to Botataung Pagoda, Chaukhtetgyi colossal reclining Buddha image and General Aung San Museum. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to the downtown of Yangon which used to be a capital of lower Myanmar and ruled by British Government nearly 100 years or so, Yangon enriched hundreds of colonial architectural trove of buildings. You will stroll in downtown and enjoy the atmosphere of British era and lively daily activities of Yangon. You can spend your evening night-out of popular 19th Street in China town where you can chill out with a glass of famous Myanmar Beer (Beverage and snack will be  on your account). You can also finish up your dinner in here if you would like to. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 10

Yangon Departure

Unfortunately, we have to say Goodbye with heavy-hearted. Please keep the memories all your lifetime and we will be with you at any time you need. We are so proud to give you these best things and wishing to see you again. Cheerio!
